1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

sepak888 accepts deposits through the following payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX
• Boost
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM30. All deposits are processed through payment systems protected with industry-standard encryption. sepak888 does not store your card or bank account information directly.

sepak888 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used by a member at any time as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money laundering procedures.

5 Withdrawals

Members may withdraw funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used as the payment method for the deposit.
• Members who have received a bonus must fulfil the wagering requirement before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed for identity verification or security review purposes.

Any suspicious activity detected during withdrawal processing will cause the withdrawal to be put on hold for further review. sepak888 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving a withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

sepak888 offers various promotions to members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their specific terms and conditions. The welcome bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,000.
• The wagering requirement is 20x the bonus value received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering to complete: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,400 → Wagering to complete: RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.

sepak888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the sepak888 platform are subject to the specific rules for each game type and sport. Members are advised to understand the full rules of each game before placing a bet.

sepak888 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet if there is evidence of a technical error, fraud, or any exceptional circumstances affecting the outcome of the bet. sepak888's decision on all matters relating to betting is final.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by members unless the platform provides a cash-out function for that bet. Members are responsible for ensuring all bet details are accurate before confirming.

8 Prohibited User Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sepak888 platform and may result in actions including suspension or permanent removal of your account:

• Opening more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial systems to place bets.
• Attempted money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing hedge bets across different accounts to guarantee profit from promotions.
• Using another person's information to register or verify an account.
• Abusing promotions or bonuses in a way that goes against the intent of the promotion.
• Any form of collusion or arrangement between members aimed at manipulating game outcomes.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

sepak888 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the member has violated these terms and conditions, or has engaged in illegal or unethical activity.

Members may also choose to close their own account by contacting the customer support team. Any remaining balance in the account, after deducting any bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements, will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

10 Limitation of Liability

sepak888 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or events beyond our reasonable control ("force majeure"), including but not limited to server outages, internet failures, or changes in payment service provider policies.

sepak888 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be completely free of errors at all times. We will make every effort to ensure platform availability and will notify members of any scheduled maintenance.

The maximum liability of sepak888 to any member, under any circumstances, is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
